Construction dust gets everywhere you would not expect. This is the order we work in so it does not settle twice.

Why the order matters

Drywall and sanding dust is extremely fine and stays airborne for hours. Clean the floor first and it is covered again within half an hour.

Our working order

  • Ceilings and light fixtures.
  • Door frames, doors and baseboards.
  • Glass, inside and out.
  • Floors, always last.

Every stage gets vacuumed before any damp cloth touches it: wetting construction dust turns it into mud.
