How do you get in touch?
Three ways, and none of them is a call centre. The number on this page rings the crew.
- Call — the fastest route if the job is urgent or you would rather explain it than type it
- Text — good for photographs. A picture of the wall usually tells us more than a paragraph does
- The form below — for anything that is not urgent; it comes back within 24 hours with next steps
What happens after you get in touch?
We reply within 24 hours and book the on-site visit. The estimate is a visit, not a number over the phone, because a price quoted blind is a guess about substrate and prep, and those are the two things that decide what a job actually costs.
At the visit we walk the property with you, measure, and look at what the surfaces need. You get materials, timeline and crew size in writing, at no cost and with no obligation. We bring the certificate of insurance without being asked.
Where does Cucol work?
From a base in Santa Rosa Beach, Walton County, across Northwest Florida from Pensacola to Panama City Beach: Panama City Beach · Destin · Pensacola · Santa Rosa Beach · Fort Walton Beach · Niceville · Navarre · Gulf Breeze · Miramar Beach · Milton & Pace.
If a property falls outside that, we will tell you rather than quote a job we cannot service properly. For work across a portfolio or a community, see property management services and HOA and community painting.
What is worth having ready before you call?
Nothing is required, but four things make the first visit far more useful and can shorten the whole job by a week:
- A photo of the problem. A picture of a peeling elevation or a stained driveway says more about method and prep than a paragraph does.
- The rough age of the last paint job. On the coast that single number decides whether you are looking at a repaint or at targeted work on the exposed elevations.
- Any HOA or architectural guidelines. On 30A especially, colours are approved per community and the palette comes before the paint deck.
- Whether the property is a rental. It changes the calendar: exterior work is held for October to April so a property never loses a peak-season week.
