What does Cucol LLC actually do?
Two trades, deliberately, and the combination is the point rather than an accident of how the business grew.
- Painting — interior and exterior, cabinets and trim, drywall repair, texture matching and stucco patching
- Cleaning and washing — pressure and soft washing, roofs, driveways and pavers, plus post-construction and move-out interior cleaning
- For businesses and associations — commercial painting, HOA and community work, property management and turnovers
Why does one company do both washing and painting?
Because on the Gulf Coast they are the same job performed at different times. Washing off salt and mildew is a required part of preparing a surface for paint, not an optional extra — and painting over salt residue is the single most common reason a coastal repaint fails inside three years.
When two companies split that work, nobody owns the boundary between them. The washer says the wall was clean; the painter says it was not; the owner pays twice. One crew, one certificate of insurance, one company responsible for the result.
Who runs it?
A small family team, and the same supervisor stays with a project from the first estimate through to the final walkthrough. That is not a slogan — it is the reason a decision made at the estimate is still known to the person holding the brush three weeks later.

Where does Cucol work?
The crew is based in Santa Rosa Beach, Walton County, and works across Northwest Florida from Pensacola to Panama City Beach: Panama City Beach · Destin · Pensacola · Santa Rosa Beach · Fort Walton Beach · Niceville · Navarre · Gulf Breeze · Miramar Beach · Milton & Pace.
That covers Walton, Bay, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Escambia counties. It is a real coverage claim rather than a marketing radius — if a property is outside it we will say so rather than quote a job we would have to drive two hours to reach.
What do you provide before starting work?
A certificate of insurance and a W-9, and for property managers and associations both go on file before the first job rather than after it. We bring the COI to the first visit without being asked.
Every estimate is a free on-site visit rather than a number over the phone, and it comes back in writing with materials, timeline and crew size. Enquiries are answered within 24 hours.
