Do you pressure wash in my area?
Most likely. The crew is based in Santa Rosa Beach and works the whole Emerald Coast. Find your area below — each page explains what homes there need and how we clean them:
- 30A — the whole corridor, including Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach and Inlet Beach
- Walton County — Santa Rosa Beach and Miramar Beach
- Okaloosa County — Destin, Fort Walton Beach and Niceville
- Bay County — Panama City Beach
- Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties — Navarre, Gulf Breeze, Milton and Pace and Pensacola
What makes a pressure washing company worth hiring?
The right pressure for each surface. Concrete and pavers take a surface cleaner at high pressure; siding, stucco, painted wood and roofs need a soft wash under 500 psi. A company that uses one setting for everything is the one that strips paint and forces water behind siding.
Beyond that, look for insurance you can see, a written estimate after a visit rather than a price over the phone, and a crew that protects your plants. We bring the certificate of insurance to the first visit and put the method for every surface in writing.
What can you pressure wash?
Almost everything outside a home or a business, as long as the method matches the surface. Most visits combine several of these, which is cheaper than booking them one at a time:
- House exteriors — siding, stucco, brick and painted wood, by soft wash
- Roofs — soft wash only, about every 24 months. See roof cleaning
- Driveways, walkways and pavers — surface cleaner, with optional sealing
- Pool decks, patios and outdoor kitchens — degreased, then pressure cleaned
- Fences, docks, decks and dune walkovers — pressure set for the wood
- Condo buildings and HOA common areas — by building and elevation. See condo washing
- Storefronts, restaurants and offices — scheduled outside business hours
What should I have ready before you come?
Nothing is required, but three things make the estimate faster and more accurate: a photo of the side of the house that looks worst, whether the home is a rental with guests coming in, and whether your community has rules about exterior work. With those, we can usually give you the method and the price in writing at the first visit, and book the wash within days.
How quickly can you get here?
We reply to every request within 24 hours and schedule the free estimate visit soon after. Most single-family homes are washed in 3 to 5 hours, and most cost between $250 and $600 depending on size, siding and whether the roof and driveway are included.
The fastest way to start is to request an estimate or call the number on this page. A photo of the house and the address are all we need to plan the visit.
